Dublin and London What a Trip

Hello,
I just back from Dublin, Ireland and London, England. Okay, I went three weeks ago, but it was so much fun. I fave part of the trip was London because it was a lot more fun!!I saw the Phantom of the Opera there!!!

Its was a lot of fun!!

3 weeks

i can't wait until May 9, 2009 because i am going to grand from my college, NCMC, this year after 3 years of working at a AA degree. One think that sucks is that i have to get up at the crack of dawn to go and take a test called, MAPP, this is a test that you have to take to get out of college. The college that I am going to is called Northwest Missouri State Unv. Here is a photo

Another thing that suck is that my FASFA is not going to covor all of fees and finds that I have. Let me just get though the last 3 weeks of NCMC.

I am going back to college. Winter Break is over. I am taking 18 hours of classes.

International Week Nov 17-21

At my college (NCMC) we are having International Week Nov 17-21 and the Soc club is going to make food to raise funds for Ireland. This is our Menu:

Monday

Mexican Wedding Cakes - $0.25 each

This is a regular tradition in the Mexican culture. It is a delicious mini cake cooked to a golden brown then rolled in a powdered sugar mix

Mexican Fried Ice Cream- $2.50

A sweet desert for a sweet tooth. This traditional desert is one of the most loved of all Mexican cuisine. Vanilla Ice Cream is rolled into flake cinnamon crumbs then deep fried to perfection. It is then drizzled with honey and whipped cream.

Tuesday

French Crepes - $2.50 sugar, $3.25 flavored

The best pancake you will ever have. This French cuisine is the highlight of anyone's day. You can eat it simply with powdered sugar or smother it in fruit or chocolate sauce. Your desert, your choice.

Irish Apple Fritters - $1.50

A little piece of Irish heaven. These apples get the royal treatment as they are sliced, dipped in batter, fried then dredged with sugar and a hint of lemon juice.

Wednesday

Baked Apple Zapata - $ 2.00 each

You've tried a burrito, now try this! Baked cinnamon apples wrapped in home-made tortilla shells then baked to perfection. It is then topped with a drizzle of caramel and a dash of whipped cream. Perfect for everyone.

Brazil's Papo de Anjo - $1.50

Get a taste of South America with this amazing little cakes. Perfect for all those with a craving for delicious food. These cakes are baked and dipped into a sweet glazed syrup.

Thursday

Australian Banana Puffs - $1.25 each

If you like bananas, you have to try this! These bananas are mixed with sugar, lemon juice and flour then fried to a golden brown. The puffs are then rolled in a cinnamon sugar mix.

Australian Marshmallow Snowballs - 3 for $1.00

What a better way to taunt your taste buds than with these snowballs. These balls are made with love then dipped into a powdered chocolate and rolled in coconut.

Anzac Biscuits - $0.75 each

In World War I, the ANZAC (Australia and New Zealand Army) suffered a massive defeat at the shores of Gallipoli, now seen as their biggest defeat in history. To honor all their soldiers that died in battle, Australia holds ANZAC day on April 25th each year. These cookies are served each year as tribute to those soldiers.

Friday:
Russian Snowballs - 2 for $1

Once you try these, you will not be able to stop! These Russian cookies are often called Tea Cakes. They are baked then rolled in powdered sugar and finely chopped nuts. An amazing way to usher in the weekend's bliss.

Russian Mediankyk - $0.75 each

A special treat from Russia. These honey cookies are a favorite at Christmas time. Baked with all the favorite spiced, the cookies are then glazed and topped with a lonely almond.

Maybe those who are at the college during this week. PLEASE COME AND HELP US. WE NEED THE MONEY!!!!

Cheating Men

Why do men cheat?? I know i don't have a boyfriend and thank god (sorry about you ladies who are going there a breakup), but seem like that men have to cheat beause maybe the are broad at home and they need stuff lovin that he is not getting. I just don't get it. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME so that way i don't get hurt.

Nightmare on Crack Street!!!!

The reason why i choose that title is because my computer as been out of order for about 2 weeks. So, we called a tech person to have him fix it. When this guy come in i had to sit and hit work on it and when he bind over i saw his buttcrack!!! Yes, i said buttcrack. I thoug i was giong to lose my lunch. When he left i just had to laugh. GROSS!!! I know i have seen other buttcraks, but this was a hairy ass. HAIRY ASS VERY GROSS !!!!
